GMS have just undertaken the installation of a new boiler plant and controls at the grade 1 listed building for Kirklees Council. The project involved replacing the outdated boiler plant with new energy efficient 2 no Broag quinta 115 condensing boilers, invertor driven pump circuits, new controls, lighting and associated builders work services within the boiler room. All this was achieved whilst the building was open to the general public.
