GMS have just undertaken the installation of a new boiler plant and controls at the grade 2 listed building for Kirklees Council. The project involved replacing the outdated 1984 boiler plant with new energy efficient 4 no  Broag 210 condensing boilers, invertor driven pump circuits, DHW calorfier and hot water services within the boileroom. All this was achieved whilst keeping the heating on for the library through the winter period and working around the existing heating services within the boileroom.
