GMS were appointed main contractor carrying out the replacement of the leaking gas fired hot water cylinder.
The works involved installing 2 no Rinnai N1300i condensing water heaters and buffer vessel, along with all pipe work & gas modifications, new flues, controls ,thermal insulation, chlorination and associated builder works.
Works were carried out and completed fully within the first 3 weeks of the summer holiday
All works were completed within the timescale issued by the client.
Also carried out as part of the scheme was MCW compliance upgrade.
