As part of a continuing program of replacing obsolete plant and services throughout the University of Huddersfield campus, the estates department along with their appointed contractor Greens Mechanical Services, carried out the total refurbishment of the boiler plant and system to a former church building now owned used by the university music department as a recital venue

As the building is heavily utilised not only by the university, but also by national organisations, all work was required to be carried out in a very short period of opportunity whilst taking in to account the sensitive nature of the building.

University Engineer Mr Paul Samuels commented, “Greens Mechanical Services carried out all installation work to program and on budget, the quality of work was excellent. I can thoroughly recommend this contractor to any organisation.
