Greens Mechanical services recently acted as the Main Contractor for a heating refurbishment in order to replace undersized heating distribution and the complete balancing to the Main administration offices building heating at Pinderfields General Hospital Wakefield.
Green Mechanical services handled the project with extreme professionalism and in a timely manner. Their attitude regarding Health & Safety was nothing less than should be expected of a first class company.
One of the major factors of our successful relationship is their philosophy of partner involvement from the initial conception to practical completion of this difficult project in a fully occupied area.
The heating pipework being renovated was in very close proximity to working personel and the consideration of their tradesmen towards the hospital staff , cleanliness, keeping noise and disturbance to a minimum, especially considering all of the work was carried out during normal working hours, is a great credit to the company without one complaint.
The building is over a hundred years old and the renovation could have created a large amount of dust, this was successfully contained and all debris was removed from the site efficiently allowing staff occupation through-out the project.
We have been working with Green mechanical Services for over 5 years and we have always received a conscious, reliable and professional service no matter what the size of project.
They have now completed circa 40 building services commissions since their initial introduction to the Trust.
They have completed the projects within the designated time scale despite the fact several variations were added by the client. Regular site meetings took place between the Trust and Green mechanical, information was forthcoming and accurate and problems were addressed immediately.
The quality of the work carried out is to the very highest standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending Green mechanical services to any organisation and I am sure they will assist us on future projects.
