GMS were appointed main contractor carrying out the new boiler plant installation, which comprised of new boilers, controls and DHW services along with associated builders work including new ceiling, concrete bases and painting works to boiler room.Works were carried in 2 phases with the hot water installation undertaken in the easter holidays working around the existing heating plant , followed by the new boiler installation which was installed after the heating season finished in may.Prefabrication works took place off site to speed the final install time up and complete within the timescale issued by the client.
