Greens Mechanical services in October/November 2013 acted as the Mechanical Building Contractor for Kirklees Council, installing a full new Heating System at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium.
The whole project was handled with the utmost professionalism and I would comment specifically on two aspects –
- Quality of work. The standard of workmanship was excellent and carried out to a very high standard. The work was carried out with the absolute minimum of disruption, always tidy, and to deadline. The contractor liaised brilliantly with the other contractors on site to make sure the whole job was completed on time.
- Working Relationships. Carrying out work in the Crematorium whilst funerals taking place was always going to be a challenge and it is credit to Greens that we did not receive a single complaint throughout the job. The contractor always kept us informed of how the job was going and of any issues, and together we worked through any difficulties encountered. They both understood the type of problems they could face working in a crematorium, with bereaved families present at a very upsetting and sensitive time for them, and did everything they could to resolve any problems
I would have no hesitation in recommending Greens Mechanical Services to any organisation undertaking large mechanical projects such as this one. I wish all the contractors Bereavement Services have worked with operated in the same professional and understanding way,
